A PETA protest drew a gathering on Broad Street Wednesday afternoon, as VCU student Nickie Little sat partially nude in a cage for an hour dressed mainly in tiger stripes. The protest was aimed at bringing attention to the treatment of the animals associated with the Ringling Bros.
