A red trashcan containing $300 worth of food collected for a food drive was reportedly stolen from the OWLS lounge in Powell. An OWLS lounge staff member reported the door was unsecured due to damage to the lock.

Oct. 21 Eastern police began investigating a man who possibly had "inappropriate materials relating to matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor" on his computer. Oct. 24 Cash totaling $76 was reportedly stolen from the information desk in the Powell building.
